My Experience
I've been making photographs in Sydney since 2015. Over the years I've worked with families at every stage -newborns, toddlers, teenagers who didn't want to be there, mothers who hadn't been in a photo in years. That time taught me more than any course could. I know how to read a family, how to work with difficult light, how to make someone who hates having their photo taken forget the camera is there.

Before photography became everything, I spent years working in marketing and technology - building brand strategy, shaping how businesses communicate, understanding what makes visual content actually work. That background never left me. It's in how I approach a session, how I think about what an image needs to do, and how I help business owners translate who they are into photography that does the job it's designed to do. My approach is simple — I work with available light, I keep the setting uncluttered, and I edit with a soft hand. Nothing heavy, nothing overdone. The images are meant to feel calm and timeless, the kind that sit quietly on a wall without demanding attention but stop you every time you walk past.
What I'm really looking for in every session is the unrehearsed moment — the glance, the laugh, the way someone holds their child when they think no one is watching. That's the frame I'm waiting for. Everything else is just getting there.

Sessions with me are unhurried. I give you enough direction to feel comfortable, then I step back. I work quietly. By the time we finish, most clients tell me it felt nothing like what they expected — in the best way.
I photograph on-location across Sydney and in a private studio. If you have somewhere in mind, I'm open to it.
